After nearly a decade of leading accounting and tax teams for over 70 businesses, our founder Madhuri Shah, a CPA and strategist, noticed a growing gap in the industry — one that software couldn’t fix, and many firms chose to ignore. While modern accountants were growing more technical, they were becoming less personal. Less proactive. Less invested in the businesses they were meant to serve.
She saw business owners — especially in high-pressure industries like hospitality — struggling with chaotic books, tax surprises, and last-minute financial chaos. She heard things like:

Madhuri Kothari Shah - Lead CPA
Madhuri is a US CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and an Indian CA (Chartered Accountant). Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounts and a Master’s degree in International Operations, she brings an exceptional wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, backed by eight impressive years of hands-on experience in the outsourcing industry.
Throughout her career, Madhuri has overseen a spectrum of operations including bookkeeping, finalization, sales tax and GST-HST compliances, federal and state tax filings, tax planning, as well as handling various filings such as 941, 1099, and 8027. She is also adept at managing property tax filings, sales tax/GST, income tax notices, and audits.
Her diverse qualifications and professional background reflect her commitment to excellence and her ability to deliver high-quality results across various domains.
Parshwa Shah - Business Development Head
Parshwa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, backed by an MBA in Business Finance and a strong track record in marketing, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. His professional journey spans multiple industries, where he has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to foster long-term relationships, identify market opportunities, and drive business expansion through innovative strategies.
Parshwa leads our business development efforts with a focus on scaling partnerships, expanding client outreach, and enhancing customer experience. His strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style are perfectly aligned with our mission to deliver value-driven solutions and stay ahead in an ever-evolving market.
